This photo is special: we see that the police sympatically dropped a friendly note on the car's windshiled, saying that they shouldn't park there.
We would like the police to give out real FINES (des amendes, des amendes!) for such violations, not just a friendly note on the windshield....

i asked the driver to move from the cyclelane, the answer was no.
There was a policeman just next to it, and the policeman came to the car, asking him to go away, which he did immediately.
Do we need a policeman behind every car for the drivers to adopt a normal attitude ?
